Accessibility statement

Pheon Agency wants the Academy to be usable by as many people as possible.

Our target

The Academy targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. We do not currently claim full compliance.

Testing

The application was self-assessed on 31 August 2026 using keyboard navigation, focus visibility, semantic headings and landmarks, form labels and error messages, colour contrast inspection, responsive layouts, and automated page checks across representative public, account, course, quiz, download and administrator journeys.

Known limitations

Some downloadable DOCX and XLSX resources have not yet received a full assistive-technology audit.
The Stripe-hosted payment journey is supplied by a third party and is outside the Academy application's direct control.
A full independent accessibility audit has not yet been completed.
