Product and price
How Do I Get Clients? is an online business education programme for domiciliary care providers. The price is GBP 249 as a one-off payment, with no recurring subscription. It includes 13 sections and 37 downloadable tools.
Access
Access begins after Stripe confirms a successful payment and the Academy creates or updates the purchaser's entitlement. The account does not currently have a fixed expiry date. Access remains available while the purchaser's account is active and Pheon continues to operate and make the product available. This is not a promise of perpetual or lifetime operation.
The purchasing account is for that customer's personal or internal business use. Login details and paid access must not be shared, resold or transferred without Pheon's written permission. Downloaded tools may be retained for the purchaser's own internal business use, subject to the intellectual-property terms below.
Digital content and cancellation
Before payment, you must actively ask us to provide immediate access during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel that digital-content purchase is lost once supply begins. We record this acknowledgement and include it in the purchase confirmation.
This does not remove your statutory remedies where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Contact help@pheonagency.co.uk about a cancellation, refund or product problem. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Pheon retains ownership and copyright in the lessons, templates, calculators, tools, downloadable materials and course design. Purchase grants a limited right to use them personally or within the purchaser's own business. It does not transfer ownership or permit publication, resale, sublicensing, uploading to shared libraries, or distribution to third parties.
Educational outcomes
The programme provides business education and implementation tools. It does not guarantee clients, enquiries, revenue, contracts, regulatory outcomes or commercial success. Results depend on implementation, market conditions, pricing, competition, service quality, capacity and other factors outside Pheon's control.
Updates and availability
Pheon may update the programme to maintain accuracy, security and usefulness. We aim to keep the Academy reasonably available but maintenance, security events and services outside our control may cause interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or removes rights that consumer law gives you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and courts available where you live.
